The accused of non -fatal shooting does not appear in court, bank command issued

The defendant did not appear in court in a non -fatal shooting process before the judge of the Supreme Court, Jennifer Di Toro, was issued for his arrest.

The 33-year-old Kristian Allen was sentenced to 20 months in February 2023 because he tried with a dangerous weapon to have a dangerous weapon and a illegal possession of a firearm with a previous conviction for his participation in a non-fatal shootout, which was on the 7400 block of Georgia Aviors, NW.

For March 12, a hearing before the negotiation was planned to discuss potential violations of all of the probation. Nevertheless, everyone did not appear in court as planned, and a violation of probation and an arrest warrant was issued.

Everyone is currently being held in Montgomery County, Maryland.

The parties will resume when everyone is returned to DC.
