The Sheriff department of the Belknap district helps to catch sexual criminals | Courts & police officers

Concord – The Department of the Sheriff of the Belknap County helped the state to arrest a dangerous sex offender who was searched for by law.

Elwin Albert Moses, 65, was arrested in Vermont, the New Hampshire Department of Corrections announced on Thursday.

Moses was presented on September 13, 2023 as one of the refugees of the state of the week. He was sought because of violation of probation in connection with underlying convictions for severe sexual assaults by crimes.

The deputies of the Sheriff department of the Belknap County received a tip that was alive that Moses lived in a tent in Concord. They contacted the authorities there and the local police helped him to put him in court.

On March 11, soldiers from the St. Johnsbury barracks coordinated the department of the Sheriff of Essex County and were Moses on the Long Hill Road in Concord. He has an arrest warrant that comes into question for delivery in New Hampshire due to probation injuries in 2022 and 2023.

At Moses, Moses tried to avoid criminal prosecution by specifying a fake name. Despite his attempted misconduct, he was brought to the St. Johnsbury barracks for processing.

After a hearing without a deposit, Moses is captured so that the authorities have time to trace its transport to the New Hampshire State Prison for men.

In other messages, the NH department for corrections is looking for information about another refugee, Anthony Dale Heillip, 45, with reported violent tendencies.

Haislip, which was previously seen in July 2023 as a refugee of the week, is still sought for probation for probation assistants who result from a conviction for assault in second degree, domestic violence and demand and stalking – he apparently caused his victim to serious bodily harm by strangulation.
