The background story:

Tolbert was arrested in June 2023 after a multi-agency operation with the FBI, Dea and Seattle police.

According to the US public prosecutor's office, investigators who pursued an organization for drug trafficking, Tolbert discussed in a bracelet about a shootout. He supposedly spoke about the purchase of a roger 5.7 pistol of another member of the group.

The law enforcement authorities interviewed Tolbert and followed him home, later arrested him and secured the firearm.
