Storm Center 7 follows the system and will have the new timing and the effects on News Center 7 this morning at 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.

The first line of the thunderstorms will move to Miami Valley this morning.

According to Storm Center, 7 meteorologist Ryan Marando is around 5:30 a.m. and 10 a.m.

The main problems are probably heavy rain, occasional cloud-to-floor flash and gusty winds. Otherwise, one or two storms can be serious this morning, and harmful winds would be the main concern.

During the times of the day it will be partially cloudy, warm and very windy. Marando says that wind gusts could reach over 40 miles per hour

“Although reporting on storms is not that large, the isolated storms that develop could be strong to heavy. Hearing winds, hail and a remote tornado cannot be excluded, ”said Marando.

Another striker round is possible during the afternoon. Marando says that the time frame is between 1 p.m. and 11 p.m.

“We are particularly concerned about storms to flood. One to two centimeters of rain can come with a remote total amount of three centimeters, especially south and east of Dayton, ”said Marando.

It could lead to flooding if too much comes.

“The storm risk should be low during this period due to the lack of instability. If anything can be made, harmful winds would be the main concern. The worst weather withdraws after midnight, ”added Marando.

We will continue to update this story.
