Father booked after viral video shows the 13-year-old driving car in Kerala

A man from Chekkiad, a city in the north Ceralawas booked by the police after a video was shown that his 13-year-old son became an innova car through a public road on social media. The video, which was originally uploaded in October last year, recently appeared on a portal created by the Kerala police and prompted the authorities to take measures.

In the viral role, the smaller boy drives the car near his house, a clear violation of the traffic rules. The police identified the boy's father, Nausushad, 37, as the person who allegedly allowed his son to serve the vehicle. A police officer confirmed that the case was registered this week due to the graphics and found that the incident was a significant security risk.

The father was charged according to section BNS 125 because he endangers the life or personal security of others as well as various sections of the Motor Vehicle Act. The police also revealed that this was the first time that Naushad was in the spotlight due to uncertain behavior. Previously, he was accused of having allowed his son to drive on the car, an act that also became viral. At this point, however, no measures were taken, since the incident took place within the limits of its property and not on a public road.

In this case, ongoing concerns about the safety of children and the responsible parenthood as well as the need for a stricter enforcement of traffic laws are emphasized.
