The Kane County's office carried out an investigation in which several Bukkale DNA tests of current and former male employees were visible. After Fields' DNA test had returned positively, the office of the Sheriff of Kane County secured a sealed order for his arrest.


In addition to the prison sentence, Isaiah Felder has to register for life as a sex offender according to the Illinois Act to register sex offenders in the state of Illinois for life. In accordance with the Law of Illinois, the fields must be at least 85 percent of the sentence. Fields receives 308 days in the prison of Kane County.
