Media publication
The examination of the missing person is transformed into the murder

On Friday, March 14, 2025, Detective with the Major Crimes's Unit of the Shasta County Sheriff's Office, together with agents of home protection and the Federal Bureau of Investigation, served a search command in the Olinda Road 17277, Anderson. Nikki Cheng Saelee McCain lived in this address when she was originally reported missing by family members on May 22, 2024.
Since the first examination, detectives have worked tirelessly to localize Nikki and determine the events that lead to their disappearance. Detective have received numerous searches of search, including a previous search command in the Nikki residence. In addition, detective family members, friends and acquaintances of Nikki interviewed, including citizens who have reported information about their disappearance.
Based on the evidence collected, information that was invented from interviews and that none of Nikki's family members have heard of Nikki since May 18, 2024, have found that Nikki is a victim of murder. Detectives have identified people who are interested in their murder, but their identities are held back on the basis of the continued type of this investigation.
The Federal Bureau of Investigation supported this study together with other local allied agencies. Detectives ask for the help of the public in the identification of a driver of a red color car, which in the western part of the district of Tehama near the R Wild Horse Ranch or the Begum Gorge Bridge took up a male adult in the Highway 36 region between May 18 and May 25.
A combined reward of up to 30,000 US dollars still stands for everyone who provides information that leads to Nikki's location. Anyone who has information about this investigation [email protected] Or at 530-245-6135.
