Match Report | Toffees roams late to refuse the last victory of the hammer in Goodison Park

The inadmissible punishment only caused Potter's side, and at the beginning of the second period they came out of the traps that fly – the ball dominated and won the set in dangerous areas. Ten minutes after the restart, Emerson flew down the left and returned to Bowen, but the ball was slightly behind our skipper, which could only raise an acrobatic effort that the Everton gate did not disturb.

Shortly after the hour, a decent change from West Ham caused Bowen to get Mohammed Kudus's ball down to the left, but his cross was cut out by Pickford, which was cut away.

The pressure had to recognize at some point and the deadlock was finally broken in 67 minutes. Captain Bowen, who was so influential throughout the competition, searched Souček in the box, which found the lower right corner with an excellent curly effort before he fell to celebration.

It could have been two in so many minutes when Bowen Pickford forced Pickford to make another saving, this time low to its right. Everton was able to clarify in front of the ball before the Ward-Prowsse ball found, which was prepared for the follow-up.

However, the Toffees did not go down without a struggle and after being a shootout from Tim Iroegbunam, they saved a late balance after O'Brien was at hand to nod home from Idrissa Gueyes Volley Cross.

It could have been much worse for the hammers when Alcaraz broadly poured out a right shot from the box in the second half, but was 1-1, as it ended.
