The Belton police, which is now charged with alleged shootout for 5 crimes

Belton, Mo. (KCTV) – The Belton police authority said that a man had already been charged with a man who was accused on Friday morning due to a shootout in a residential area.

On March 14, BPD posted online that the officers were called up at 7 a.m. in the 600 block by Kenneth Lane at around 7 a.m. One person of interest was quickly taken into custody, but no further details were published.

The next day, on March 15, the department released an update in which the accused at the 22-year-old from Kansas City was at the score of 22 years.

The 22-year-old Quintin BauGH was arrested on March 14 and will be suspended with several charges in connection with a shootout in the early morning.(Police authority Belton)

BauGH was instructed to the Cass County prison without bond. He faces several crimes:

  • Illegal use of a weapon (sub -section 9 – shooting on/out of motor vehicle, person, motor vehicle or building)
  • Armed criminal lawsuit
  • Attack 1. degree or attempt, armed criminal action
  • Hanging up the well -being of a child who creates a considerable risk (1st degree – 1. Criminal offense)
  • Resist/disturb arrest

The circumstances of the shootout are currently unclear. These details are added when more information is available.

“We take incidents of gun violence very seriously, and our officials quickly acted to ensure the security of our community. We appreciate the cooperation with the Cass County public prosecutor's office in order to hold individuals for violent crimes for accounting, ”BPD continued in his post.
