The weather forecast makes the player championship up to the start on Sunday to get up

Ponte Vedra Beach, Fla. – Weather forecasts for Sunday and an upcoming cold front that is expected to bring rain have postponed the last round plan at the Player Championship.

The PGA tour announced the schedule on Saturday afternoon because the tournament hopes to avoid the first Monday since 2022. In the last round, the field will run out of holes No. 1 and 10 between 8 a.m. and 10:01 a.m.

Storms that go through the country have devastated central and southeastern parts of the United States. According to several reports, 20 deaths were held responsible for the weather in Arkansas, Missouri, Oklahoma and Texas.

The last time the players ended on Monday, Cam Smith was in 2022. There were eight Monday in the history of the players.

The News4Jax meteorologist Michelle McCormick forecast rain to get in the sunrise in Südost -Georgia on Sunday and then move quickly to the northeast florida around 12 noon. Wind gusts of up to 50 miles per hour, hail and low chances of tornados are a problem. It is expected that the system will change on Sunday at sunset off the coast.

The projected bad weather in the last round will take off the three nice weather days on the stadium course.
