LSU Football changes format of the annual spring game in April in April

Baton Rouge -Like many college football programs across the country, the LSU has decided to change the format of its annual spring game.

As in every second year, fans can take part in open training in the Tiger stage on April 12th.

The team will continue to scrime, but it will be more controlled and focus on certain scenarios. It will not be a continuous game of how fans can be seen in recent years.

After open training, fans can take part in an autograph session with the LSU players on the field.

“If you turn a different type of rotation and make it only a different event than in the past, and our players, each of them, an opportunity … like what we did here (Saturday exercises), in which everyone got repetitions today,” said the LSU head coach Brian Kelly after training on Saturday, which was open to the media.

The open practice at the end of spring football will take place on April 12th at the Tiger Stadium. The gates open at 9:30 a.m. and it is free for fans to take part.
