Demarcus Lawrence Posts said goodbye to viral comments, Seahawk's contract for viral comments

Demarcus Lawrence published a farewell message to the Dallas Cowboys on social media after they came to the Seattle Seahawks in the Free Agency and made polarizing comments on his former team.

“I never really believed that the day would come if I signed another team,” said Lawrence as part of the explanation on Saturday. “We always hoped that my family and I were allowed to end our career as cowboys. Unfortunately, it was not the case.”

The defensive end previously said to Brian Nemhauser from Hawk Blogger that Dallas was his home, but added that “I would certainly not win a super bowl there.”

Lawrences comments from the former cowboys sparked Micah Parsons on social media, whereby the couple went back and forth briefly.

According to Adam Schefter from ESPN, the Seahawks signed a maximum value of $ 42 million worth $ 42 million. The deal also contains $ 18 million.

Dallas selected Lawrence in the 2014 NFL design with a second round and the 32-year-old spent the first 11 years of his career with the team. He quickly bloomed to a steady participant on the defensive line of the cowboys and earned four per bowl nod.

Lawrence made the playoffs in Dallas six times, but the team never went beyond the division round.

Now he will join a Seahawks team who, after several changes, also has efforts after the season. On Monday, Seattle signed a quarterback Sam Darnold for a three-year contract of over $ 100.5 million and added a Veteranen-Weighing Receiver Cooper Kupp to a three-year contract worth $ 45 million on Friday.

While Lawrence's comments on Dallas' Super Bowl claim were not taken friendly by his former teammate, he thanked the cowboys on Saturday for his general term at the cowboys.
