Bobcats complete Sweep via the app status after a quick start

Texas State scored six runs on the way to a 6: 4 against the app State Mountainers in the first inning races to complete the three-game swey.

The Bobcats and the head coach Ricci Woodard improve their record to 18: 6 and 3: 0 in the conference game.

“We have just talked that the weekends are the type of grain on Sundays and had to dig and go,” said Woodard. “I like the way we got out. We could only hold on and continue to fight what Sundays will always go for us. “

The Bobcats hit first place in the first inning when the junior player Karmyn Bass, the Karmyn Bass, met a victim flight in the right field to achieve a run.

Later in the bat, the Senior Field Ciara Trahan had an RBI single connected towards the left field, scored another run and set up the Bobcats 2-0.

The junior catcher Megan Kelnar followed Trahan with his own RBI single, who spread the lead to 3: 0.

Trahan later scored on a wild field and set up the Bobcats 4-0.

App State replied in the second inning with a solo homerun, only so that the state of Texas answered.

The junior center field player Keely Williams hit another bobcat victim fly to push the lead 5-1.

Later in the bat, the Freshman Right Field Field Field Bailee Slack at Texas State Double Steal-experiment to 6: 1.

“It's big,” said Woodard. “You can find that (app state does not) will die. If you can show the tone early on Sunday, you have a better chance of winning the game.”

App State had three unanswered runs on a two-time RBI single and a Bobcat Wurffwehr, but it was not sufficient to achieve the comeback and to seal the victory in Texas State.

The Bobcats are back home against Wichita State on Wednesday. The first pitch is for 5 p.m.
