Bullis Girls stumbled 4×400 m inner record in the interiors

The Bullis School wrote another story with a commanding victory in the 4×400 m team of the girls at New Balance National Indoor, which set up a new national high school record and fulfill a record with a time of 3: 35.54. This remarkable performance destroyed the previous Meet record of 3: 38.18 and the national record of 3: 37.63, both from the Montverde Academy in 2024.

Although Bullis remained with a narrow lead after the first leg, they quickly took control of the race. Kennedy Brown led a solid 55.57 and put her team in second place, but only 0.4 seconds behind the leader. Chrishelle Campbell followed with an impressive 53.30 and pushed Bullis in the lead at the 800 M mark by 1 second. Morgan Rothwell extended the lead to 3 seconds with a strong 53.70 third leg, and Sydney Sutton sealed the victory, which anchored with the fastest split of 52.96. When she crossed the finish line, Bullis had built an existing 7-second advantage over the second place.
