The following points are based on information provided by civil servants in law enforcement authorities and the criminal judicial system. All persons who are charged because of a crime or crimes are considered innocent until they have been proven in court.

Catskill

Weapons: Michael P. Lewis, 32, from Catskill, was arrested by the State Police in Coxsackie on Saturday, March 15, at 1:14 p.m. and was charged due to criminal possession of a weapon (firearm) and tightened the non -licensed operation of a motor vehicle. Lewis was published with tickets for Catskill Town Court.

Gardiner

DWI: Chad Adam Wells, 30, from Wallkill, was arrested on Saturday, March 15th, by the state police near Gardiner at 10:50 p.m. on the Jenkinstenstown Road and was charged with a blood alcohol mirror with 0.08%. The authorities said Wells had not been injured in the crash. Wells was released to a third party.

Operation not licensed: Joseph Madera, 42, from Catskill, was arrested on Sunday, March 16, at 3:50 a.m. by the State Police in Coxsackie and a crime due to severe non -licensed operation (permanent revocation). Madera was released with tickets for the Catskill Village Court.

Lloyd

DWI: Nataly Ramos, 23, from Middletown, was arrested by the State Police in Highland on Saturday, March 15, at 11:46 p.m. and accused of driving while he is intoxicated. Ramos was published with tickets for the Lloyd Town Court.

DWI: Hugo Nectario Gomez Castillo, 31, from Middletown, was arrested by the State Police in Highland on Sunday, March 16 and accused of driving while he is intoxicated. Gomez Castillo was published with tickets for the Lloyd Town Court.

Slab

Deposit: Jose M. Portalin, 30, from Wallkill, was arrested by the State Police in Highland on Sunday, March 16, at 2:16 a.m. and a crime and criminal nonsense charged due to criminal contempt (violation of physical contact of the protection). Further information on Portalin's status was not immediately available.

Suction

Drugs: James Michael Rucano, 52, from Saucerties, was arrested by the State Police in Ulster on Saturday, March 15th and charged with criminal property of a controlled substance and not licensed that a motor vehicle is not licensed. Rucano was released with tickets for Saugerties Town Court.
