Game report: Leicester City 0 – 3 Manchester United

Recap

Leicester City was pushed aside by Manchester United at the King Power on Sunday evening. Rasmus Hojlund scored in the first period in the first period to give visitors the lead during the break. Anthony Garnacho added a second after the hour, and Bruno Fernandes took third place right before the injury time in the second half.

I don't know what else to say. We didn't do anything well. We never looked like a goal. We should easily beat in defense. This was a deserved 3-0 defeat. Let's just go to the snack because they are more than normal this evening.

3 snack bars

  • We were the first club in the history of the English league that lost at home without a torert seven. We are a historical club for the newcomers who chose the support of Leicester City. It is not always the kind of history you want to do. Morality could not be lower. I think you can reasonably refer to the extremely quiet transfer window in January than the players felt like it was to cut off. You would expect the club to bring reinforcements and we have added a backup to the right.
  • Which brings me well to the second point: I have never felt separated from the club's leadership. I have supported Leicester for almost 30 years and, as some of them certainly know older heads, things were bad. But you have never felt hopeless? The summer transfer window was amazing, the selection of the lead clearly didn't work, and although I know that this is a little thing, a crypto casino chose it when our shirt sponsor simply felt terrible in the nose. I don't know what the plan is. I'm not sure if there is one.
  • After all, I have to mention something that really hurts. This is nothing like 2014/15, the year of great escape. This season we played reasonably well throughout the time plan, but every tiny mistake was punished at most. The club played well, the performances were good and the escape was also a question of the results that finally met the performances like everything else. None of this applies to this season. We are 19. Because we are the 19th best club in the league and our performances reflect this.

In my opinion, this is still Vardy's biggest goal.

The defeat leaves us 17 points from 29 games and 19th on the table. We are 9 points behind the 17th wolves, but their target differential is impressive. Ironically, this is the same point that we had in 2015 at the time, but as I said above, the similarities end. Next comes the international break and thank you for it. When the league game appears again, we travel to Etihad on April 2 to face Manchester City. On the 7th we organize the league owner Newcastle at the King Power.

Key moments and notes

1'- The comment team predicts a comfortable victory for Manchester United and claims that Leicester had “the point without return”. So that's a giveaway, isn't it?

4'- Close! Sloppy game from both sides leads to Ndidi's ball deep in the united half. He plays in Vardy and the striker meets it for the first time. It is at goal, but not the most difficult for Onana.

14'- If you don't watch, don't miss anything. The Red Devils attack. The foxes do not attack at all.

16'- Onana and Lindelof understand almost everything wrong on a ball over the top, but the goalkeeper comes out of his box and deals with it.

19'-Garnacho shoots from afar after the city, which is half a corner. It is a simple attitude for Hermansen.

24'- Close! Eriksen rounds up in a ball that beats his compatriot, but comes from the inside of the post. Happy.

28 'goal! A simple ball over the tip finds Rasmus Hojlund. Soumare misunderstood everything and the striker is free to choose his shot. He sticks it in the other corner with Hermansen absolutely stranded. Too simple.

39'- a decent criminal call for the foxes. United plays in difficulties in her own area. Daka's shot is blocked, but it comes back to El Khannouss. His shot comes from the outstretched arm of remote dandes. It was up close, but … they saw them when the arm is in this position.

45+2'- half. The goal line perfectly reflects the run of the game.

46'- No changes for both sides on half. I am not sure how I feel from the perspective of Leicester.

I agree half of this statement.

49'- Almost an opportunity for the foxes. Soumare is in midfield and glides in Vardy on the left. Instead of trying a shot with a low value, he tries a passport with a low percentage over the face of the gate. The sky comes there in front of Daka and puts it behind. The young defender is violated to take approval and needs longer treatment before going out. We hope it's not bad.

57'- saved by the flag! Soumare is giving away in midfield and United Break 3-towards 3. Hojlund finds Garnacho on the right and the wing player home. The flag rises and the pass was only a little late, which led to Garnacho bumped away from the side.

63'- two changes for the foxes when Harry Winks and Facundo Buonanotte for Soumare and Daka occur.

68 'goal! The foxes defend Deep and do not extinguish a ball in your box. It is after Garnacho, who only turns and shoots and hits home in the nearby post.

75 'city now look more likely. This bar is low and it is still well shy about “You think you will score.”

82'-wingbacks Kristiansen and Justin are gone, Kasey Mcateer and Stephy Mavidi come up. It is a risk that Van Nistelrooy has to take. He probably had to take it 20 minutes ago.

90 'goal! Fernandes receives a reduction on the edge of the area and sweeps it into the side network. He just makes it look, but it wasn't. The technology was perfect.

90+4'- Jordan Ayew comes for Bilal El Khannouss.

Close 90+7'-! Vardy is slipped into and he takes all his frustration on the ball, completing him positively. It comes more from masturbation than the goalkeeper who actually saves it. Unhappy.

90+-9'- That was it.
