Papierleck bei GU durch FakultÃĪtsmitglied: AktivistenPanaji: KASHINATATH SHETYE, JOHN NAZARETH and five more gave a complaint to the Agasaim police on Sunday, in which a faculty member of one of the science departments of Goa University passed on a question paper to a student in one case.
Anant Gaonkar, Agasaim police inspector, said he received the complaint and the police station examined the matter. No FIR was registered on Sunday.
The complaint claims that a male faculty member committed the theft of the question paper “for the purpose of the fraud of other students” and promotes a certain student and enables her to get the “highest notes”.
Shetye also claimed that Goa University let it get out of the faculty member.
He claimed “deeply rooted corruption” in the system and claimed the support of a politician to the faculty member. Shetye claimed that the faculty member worked on an institute led by the politician before the teacher was appointed.
“Such a blatant illegal measures that causes the other students to be lost could not have been done by him, and it is clear that he has worked with other politicians and officers of the Goa University to make it easier to make illegal advantages/satisfaction that he has received directly or indirectly,” says the complaint. “It is therefore necessary that the police carry out an investigation of the actions and corruption.”
In the complaint, it is still claimed: “The person mentioned not only acted in a questionable way that was described here, but the accused also went beyond the borders and intentionally and intentionally abused his position.”
