MSU-Northerns 2025 football plan published hi-line today

The Frontier conference announced its football plan from 2025 in mid -December. In his first edition of the extended 14-team field, MSU-Northers will be in the Eastern division in addition to the Montana Tech, the Rocky Mountain College, the old and new member Dickinson State as well as the brand new members of the Dakota State University, the Mayville State University and the Valley City State University.

The Western Division for 2025 consists of defending champion Montana Western, the Carroll College, Arizona Christian, the College of Idaho, Southern Oregon and Eastern Oregon as well as the new member Simpson University (California).

The Frontier conference will be a two-bid league, which means that the top two teams go from every division into the playoffs of the Naia Football Championship Series. There will still be opportunities, as in the past of the year in which teams have the opportunity to acquire qualified qualifications.

As a result of geography, the border conference is planning to change the divisions with Montana Tech, Montana Western and the Carroll College every few years as a name near and not.

With the updated list of teams that fill out the schedule, even more lights games will be at home and six in the future. The first game of the season takes place on August 30, 2025 and organizes the Carroll College on Tilleman Field. The lights then take to Dillon to face the Montana Western Bulldogs on September 6th.

March 26 will be the first day of spring football training at MSU-Northers.
