Madison's police arrested man reported in the hotel after accidental shootout

Madison, Wisconsin (WMTV) – The Madison police authority said a man accidentally fired a weapon in a hotel room on Sunday afternoon, and the ball flew into the room next to his, who had two people.

Madison Police Department reports that the accidental shot was reported in a hotel in the 2800 block of the Coho Street.

The police said the man accidentally shot into his hand and the ball rose to the room next to his.

Officials took the man to a hospital when he said that he couldn't prevent his hand from bleeding.

MPD noticed that the ball damaged a chair and a bedside table in the Nextdoor area while a man and a woman slept.

MPD reported that the man's room searched and discovered the weapon, ammunition, cocaine, meth and drug utensils.

The officials arrested the 25-year-old suspect. He sees several drug accusations as well as the ruthlessly endangered security second degree, exposed to the possession of a firearm by a convicted criminal and endangered security using a Wepaon.
