The indictment results from the death of a 25-year-old Flint man who was shot on Saturday, March 8th.

On the same day, the MPs were called in the 7000 block of the Sherwood Road in Conway Township for a vehicle fire. The car was a 2000 Toyota Camry with no one inside. The sheriff's office said it believes that the fire was deliberately determined.
