Celebrate St. Patrick's Day in Northland with food

Duluth, Minn. (Northern News now) – Many restaurants in Northland such as Boomtown Woodfire Bar and Grill have added to the menu for a limited time to celebrate St. Patrick's Day in Irish -inspired articles.

Boomtown has different rods -sandwiches such as a Reuben flat bread bread, an angry rake -sandwich and even rake.

“We have some options for repairing your corned beef and sauerkraut,” said Martin Beckner, manager in Boomtown Woodfire Bar and Grill. “I think we're doing things that others don't do.”

He also said that they have an Irish red on the barrel for the rest of the month.

Monday is Boomtown's last day with the most menu items.

Other Northland restaurants with Irish specials are Sir Benedict's Tavern am See and the Black Woods Bar and Grill.

Sir Benedict's will also serve Corned Beef and Kohl as well as lamb pot. They also organize a Celtic jam at 3 p.m.

Black Woods Bar and Grill also have Corned Beef and Kohl as well as green beer.
