Dartmouth jumps into the national ranking after 6-1


Hannover, NH -Tmouth men's Lacrosse team 6-1 in the season has ranked 20th in the Inside media survey of Lacrosse men, as announced on Monday. The Big Green are winners of five games in a row and mark their longest winning streak since 2004. Dartmouth has been nationally classified for the first time since the 2007 season.

The Big Green achieve a dominant 17:5 win against Hobart on Saturday. The winning streak started with a 14:4 win at Holy Cross and then continued with the wins of their homeland against Vermont, Siena and Utah.

Dartmouth is nationally in the evaluation of crimes (13.14) and 18th in value defense (8.86). The Big Green is first in Groundballs per game (39.29) and secondly in sales caused per competition (12.14).

Next, the Ivy League start on Saturday when Dartmouth travels to Penn to face the quarters. Gametime is set at 7 p.m. among the lights of Franklin Field.
