Bryan Johnson's most controversial tips for longer life, from no meals after lunch to more erections

The aspiring immortal Bryan Johnson tries to oppose death through an exhausting exercise, health and organic hicking regime. His activities in the durability area included the measurement of his nightly erections in order to lower his “penis age”, move his son's plasma and take around 100 nutritional supplements a day. His mantra? “Don't die”. Johnson claims that thanks to his strict regime, he has only aged for 8 months every year.

At the Tech Festival South by Southwest in Austin, Johnson entered the stage to put his guide to not die, which he refers to as a “blueprint”. His advice and daily health practices range from common sense to crazy.

“My last meal of the day is at noon”

At a time when the rest of us have Brunch at the weekend, Johnson ate for the day. He seems to do this perfect sleep. By eating 8 hours before going to bed, his heart rate can drop to 44 BPM and optimize its sleep quality. For us mere mortals, Johnson recommends eating their final meal two hours before going to bed and then falling down in steps of 30 minutes. “You may experience a slight hunger, but that's okay, your body is used to it,” he says.

“My nightly erections are better than the average 18-year-old.”

“It is 70% more likely that you will die prematurely if you don't have any nightboners,” said Johnson. He made headlines to measure his erections with a device that he wears on his penis, which looks like an AirPods housing with a turquoise belt. In a good night, he will have an erection overall, similar to a newcomer to a college. He says that women also have to think: “The clitoris gorges at night, and in the morning there is a morning bean”, the equivalent to the Morning Glory. Johnson may be seen as a funny sponge, but he is pro-sex: “Sex has great advantages for durability, so also,” he says.

“Celebration is really bad”

If Johnson could have his way, the parties would start at 6 p.m. (ultimately) and end at 8 a.m. Of course there would be no alcohol. Johnson doesn't believe to let steam. “You may recognize it as fun, but it really does it,” he says of celebrations. Johnson encourages us to “think about what you think is fun: instead of going to a great party and getting drunk with friends, you should get drunk in a hyperbaric chamber or something for hours.

“Bio is worthless”

We may feel better with ourselves when we sprayed a little more on organic fruit and vegetables, but Johnson says: “You can't buy and be safe.” He and his team tested bio -black lenses that came very high in heavy metals, which can lead to organ damage. When they called the supplier to ask what was going on, they were informed that the company uses the human mud that can be high in heavy metals to fertilize the lentils.
