Kim Kardashian “considered whether she had changed her custody agreement with ex Kanye West” after publishing a song with her eldest daughter without her consent

According to reports, Kim Kardashian is considering changing her custody contract with ex-husband Kanye West after publishing a song with her eldest daughter North West without her consent.
According to the TMZ, the 44 -year -old Kardashian is seriously discussing the taking of West, 47 – who is now going to court, in court to request a judge to ask him about joint legal custody.
The former couple, who married in 2014, inflicted his divorce in 2022 and agreed with the common physical and legal custody for her four children: North, 11, Saint, 9, Chicago, 7, and five -year -old Psalm.
According to reports, physical custody is not a problem, since Kanye rarely sees his children and Kim still wants them to have a good relationship with their father.
The decision -making process in relation to the children, however, has become a dispute, according to TMZ's report.
The divorce agreement of the former couple says that they have to take part in a private hearing with a judge if conflicts occur in relation to their children.
Kim asked an emergency negotiation with her lawyers, a mediator and a judge after Kanye had learned to publish a song with North and rapper Sean 'Diddy' Combs.
Although Kanye skipped the meeting, he reportedly agreed to publish the route entitled “Lonely Roads after sunshine”.
However, the rapper published the song on X the following day and declared men as a “final decision”. He also shared an exchange of text with Kim, in which she opposed the participation of her daughter in Combs, which is currently faced with legal questions.
Kim wrote Kanye an SMS: “Back then I asked her whether I could mark their name. You said. If she is 18 years old, she goes to her. So stop.
“I littered paper stuff so that she would not be in the Diddy song to protect her.”
Kanye replied by asking Kim to “change” the legal papers or “to go to war”.
He added: “And none of us will recover from the public consequences. You have to kill me. “
Kanye later achieved a long joke to X and accused the “Kardashian Mob” to restrict his parental rights and compare her custody agreement with “visit” in the “prison”.
An insider said on page six: “Kim's priority is the well -being and the security of her children and to protect them from being controversial near Kanye's.”
