Grand Forks, ND (Valley News Live) – The University of North Dakota reacts to the announcement that more than 50 universities are examined for suspected racial discrimination.

The educational department announced the investigation on Friday as part of President Donald Trump's campaign to terminate diversity, equity and inclusion programs. Programs that his officials say excluding white and Asian American students. The list of universities concerned includes the University of Minnesota and the University of North Dakota.

In response to the news, the University of North Dakota Valley News Live gave the following explanation:
