The Senate Corporation is looking for criminal measures in the Fegha scandal

Islamabad:

The Functional Committee of the Senate for Problems with less developed areas on Monday experienced an adopted discussion about the investigation, which was carried out by the cabinet department about the Housing Project of the Federal Government of the Housing Authority (FEGHA).

The session was led by Agha Shahzaib Durrani.

In his report, the cabinet department found the “3CS” guilty – client, contractor and consultant – and described her as “agreement”, said one explanation.

The cabinet department also made gray accusations against NESPAK and explained that the consultant was approved 1.3 billion rupees for unsuitable material when no work on the location was actually carried out. However, the NESPAK officials stated that the country available for the project was less than the country assigned to the project. NESPAK was looking for time to submit an answer to the allegations raised by the FGHA.

Senator Agha Shahzaib Durrani raised the eyebrows on the “fake bank guarantee” and asked if the Fegha verified the bank guarantee from the office and headquarters of the office. However, the Fegha could not give an answer to the question. He further asked if the Fegha did not check the bank guarantee from the headquarters, as follows, half of the payment on the same day when the bank guarantee was submitted.

Surprisingly, the officers of the request were unable to answer and admitted that criminal practices were involved in the name of the financial director and the project director. After detailed consultations, the committee recommended that criminal proceedings against the financial director, the project manager and other relevant employees who are involved in such a crime.
