St. Patrick's Day Jubilee brings non -profit organization to the Nicu -Babys – NBC Los Angeles

Babies in the Riverside Community Hospital celebrate St. Patrick's Day with style.

A filled bear, a pot of gold, rainbow and a clover were decorated with a lot of yellow and green around the baby so that the babies could enjoy their first St. Patrick's Day with their families.

Project Sweet Peas, a non -profit organization that supports the families of fragile infants, provided infants with shame rocks and tiny goblins for infants in the intensive care unit of level III (Nicu).

“The holiday celebration enables families to take heart -warming photos that they may otherwise not be able to take and appreciate valued memories of their baby's early days,” wrote the Riverside Community Hospital in a statement.

Project Sweet Peas also offers costumes for other holidays to bring the holiday spirit to the hospital room.
