Washington State Spring Football Training starts again on Tuesday

Pullman – After 12 days free for the spring holidays of the university, the football of the state of Washington promotes spring practice on Tuesday, another wrinkle in a unique schedule that is implemented by New Head coach Jimmy Rogers. In the past, Wazzu went from the end of March to the end of April and avoided conflicts with the spring holidays.

However, since Rogers wanted to start early and the spring practice wanted to complete on April 16 before opening the transfer portal, changes were required.

While the training will be picking up tomorrow, there is no availability of exercise media by Saturday. It will take three weeks when the second open practice is held.

The cougs this spring are practicing on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, with the meetings of the week closed for the media. Based on the NCAA rules, Tuesday could be the first day in full pads after the first three sessions were in helmets, shorts and spider cushions.
