Tied at home with criminal activities to be sold within 30 days – WSOC TV

Rowan County, NC – The Sheriff's office of Rowan County has started legal steps against a house in the side street that is known for criminal activities and disruptive calls by giving a conviction.

The property, which has been concerned for neighbors and law enforcement agencies for years, must now remain free and be offered for sale as part of an approval judgment within 30 days. This campaign aims to prevent future disturbing activities in the premises.

“There is a very long story in this house,” said Rowan County's sheriff, Travis Allen, and emphasized the previous problems of property with criminal violations and deaths for drug overdoses.

Ethan Stanford, a neighbor who lived a street, expressed relief and said: “It is worrying to see something like this. And yes, so it is definitely relieved that this concern is looked after.”

Sheriff Travis Allen explained that the decision to pursue a nuisance was due to the comprehensive history of property to problems, including criminal violations and drug -related incidents.

The declaration of consent not only requires that ownership be sold, but also prohibits future harassment activities to restore peace in the neighborhood.

Neighbors like Ethan Stanford noticed a frequent police presence in the house, which was a source of concern for the community.

Stanford noticed that the community is now much safer because the problem is addressed and he believes that the area will improve.
