Wednesday 13 publish its new album in full length, Mid Death Crisis, on April 25 on Napalm Records.

The Duke of Spook himself describes the album as fun, Campy, “Leave-Your-Hirn-At-The-Toor” rager and as a true return to his stubborn roots! The album was produced by guitarist Alex Kane (Life, Sex & Death, Enuff Z'nuff, Anti -Product) and mixed by Steve Evetts (The Dillinger Escape Plan, Devildriver). The album exudes.

Wednesday 13 introduced the first single of the album, the ultra-Crauceric “When the Devil Commands” and its equally rough, blasphemal new music video. The track is stunned with an unforgettable hook, a rock-loaded drum production of the arena and chugging guitars.

Wednesday 13 commented: “When I grew up in the 80s, I remember the satanic panic of the heavy metal music and the concern of the parents what their children heard. My mother constantly checked my cassettes and ensured that I was not obsessed with the devil. Most of the music that I never listened to had none of these topics, but they were only accused. So when I wrote the texts about this song, I wrote what I thought, my mother would be frightened if she had stumbled into this music. I wanted the texts to be in advance and no question left what they were about … the devil. This song is made in a funny spirit, and we do not plan to burn any churches in the future. “

Take a look at the music video “When the Devil Commands” below.

Eerie introductory route “There is no monster” vibrates with electricity before the industrial “decase and desist” occurs in full explosion. The trademark on Wednesday, Crooning on Wednesday, is no time to enter the wrinkle when it takes care of the horror anthem with a high number of octane, before traces such as “rotting” and “Blood Storm” with metallic goth-punk energy are included. With a faster pussycats Taime Downe for guest singing, the outstanding heavy rocker “No Apologies” is a fast-ranking exorcism of poisonous demons, while the triumphant mini-murder ballads “Dekapitation”-Riles listener with a catchy lead reef before you into a theatrical bridge from a strong bridge from an unknown Sock-Sooc-hop-hop-left-left route is. Ragers like “in Misery”, “Xanaxasy” and “Sick and Violent” various genres of metal and inject the album with elements with a gripping heaviness for every listener, while Downtempo -stunner's “I Hurt You” and “My Funeral” approach a more subsequent territory.

Although his title, Mid Death Crisis, otherwise suggests, the Duke of the Spook shows no signs that this refreshingly mighty and multifaceted introduction to the Hall of Horific Halles stopped 13 Hall of Horific History on Wednesday!
