The examination of the majority in Caldwell does not provide any evidence of a buried body

Caldwell, Idaho – Caldwell, Idaho – spent hours to bury the garden of a Caldwell property on Sunday after receiving a tip on a possible body body. A day later, however, the scene silenced without the remains.

“It is not common,” said Caldwell Police SGT. Scott Crupper.

The investigation began last Thursday, when the Caldwell police supported the Nampa police in carrying out a search command for a drug examination. During this process, the authorities received a tip that a body was buried in the back yard of a house near the Indiana Avenue and the Roosevelt Street.

“Two independent corpse dogs alerted in the same places in the courtyard,” said Sgt. Kruppe.

After this development, Caldwell PD received her own arrest warrant and started a comprehensive examination. SGT. According to Crupper, several agencies, including experts from Boise State and Idaho State University, spent the garden for eight hours and even dig by hand. Despite their efforts, no evidence of a body was found.

“No remains were found and the case was closed,” said Sgt. Kruppe.

Sgt. Crupper emphasized that the department takes all tips seriously, especially if they deal with unusual allegations like this.

“Some of this investigation was to pursue cases of missing person or information that we had here at our agency or another agency that potential persons who were missing would have been a victim of it. There was no information to confirm this at all,” said SGT. Kruppe.

After no remains were found, the crews filled the grave site. All repairs on the area are taken over by Nampa.

“It is a very unusual thing to have happened in Caldwell,” said Sgt. Kruppe.

With regard to the medication -related examination, the Nampa police have not yet arrested, but they confirmed that the examination has not yet been completed.
