Alpena – On Monday morning at Alpena 26th Circuit Court, judge Benjamin Bolser headed the legal proceedings on the day of the application at the court.

The 37 -year -old Bradley Burton was sentenced to 107 days in prison at 107 days. It is released for the treatment of residential areas and will serve 18 months trial period. Burton remembered guilty when he cheated on a hearing for a number of possession of methamphetamines or ecstasy and a counting of the company.

Joshua Moneypenny, 29, had a status conference. The court planned him on April 7 for an ongoing status conference for its files. He was accused of illegal in a motor vehicle in a motor vehicle and two charges of failure to report an accident and a number of illegal driving in a motor vehicle and three attacks of the attack/restricting/disability of a police officer in a second file.

The 47 -year -old Matthew Spencer had a status conference for the indictment for home vasion in the first degree and two cases of domestic violence. He was planned for a continuous status conference on April 7th.

The 32 -year -old Brandon Hall, which is accused of stalking, with great intent, less than murder than murder than murder, severe domestic violence, five cases of domestic violence, controlled substance ownership, first -degree invasion, tightened stalking and attack or bodily harm and battery. Hall will be released again on April 7th.

Larry Deleon, 49, is burdened with two counts of controlled substance delivery or production and a number of controlled substance ownership. The defense made an application for cancellation. Deleon was planned for a status conference on April 7th.

The 23 -year -old Kilana Musski was sentenced to 12 months of probation. It received a status of a 7411 status, which means that its condemnation due to possession of controlled substances is removed from its recording. She also has a number of domestic violence, for which she guilty in a hearing, together with the counter for possession of controlled substances.

The 37 -year -old Jaimie Morey was planned on April 7 on two files for a continuous status conference. Morey was sentenced to the third degree in a third file. It will serve six months in prison with 24 months of probation.

The 35 -year -old Curtis Jarman, who had charged two cases of criminal sexual behavior in the second degree due to a person under the age of 13, had his hearing. Jarman is planned for legal proceedings. He was planned for a status conference on May 5.

The 43 -year -old Steven Frank had an application negotiation for two cases in which he did not pay support in children. Frank's case is planned on April 21.

Felecia Bradford, 33, was planned on April 21 for a controlled substance levy/production for an ongoing status conference.

Melody Marotta (48) and Anna Marotta (87) were both charged with 10 or more than 25 animals in a joint examination. They had a status conference on Monday and serve on April 7 for a hearing at a hearing.

The 23 -year -old Jaden Mayfield is guilty of resisting four charges for resistance to the police. Three more charges for resistance to the police were dismissed. Mayfield will be convicted on May 5th.

The 37 -year -old Thomas Raymer owed himself guilty to meet a count of failure to report on sexual offenders. He comes from Illinois and did not report that he was in Alpena County for more than three working days. He will be convicted on May 5th.
