Aliquippa man, who was convicted of 10 years to distribute illegal drugs in the criminal organization

A man was convicted last week to spend 10 years in prison after officials had participated in a criminal organization who distributed large amounts of illegal drugs throughout Beaver County. In a publication by the Pennsylvania General Prosecutor on Monday, 27-year-old Kijana Lowe from Aliquippa and several other members of a drug trade organization with almost $ 300,000 traveled to Allegheny County to buy 10 kilos of cocaine in November 2021. Lowe and five other people were caught and charged. The publication states that the five additional people who are accused of are in different status: Adelin Hernandez amparo, 31, from the Dominican Republic, and Anthony Tusweet Smith Jr., 24, from Aliquippa, previously guilty of complaining to the drug trade, according to the press release. Amparo was sentenced to almost 3½ years in prison in front of a federal court, followed by two years of the supervision of the federal government. Smith was convicted of five years in prison, followed by four years of the supervision of the federal government. Santos Castro-Mota, 42, from Brooklyn, NY, is currently imprisoned and is waiting for the process. The cases stand against Luis David Paredes Sanchez (25) from Philadelphia and Guillermo Alexis Evangelista Estevez, 33. Both men have fled, the release was continued.

Federal, state and local law enforcement officers have reclaimed “10 kilos, the money and two pockets heroin” from the group. Lowe and five other people were caught and charged.

The publication states that the five additional people are in different status:

Amparo was sentenced to almost 3½ years in prison in front of a federal court, followed by two years of the supervision of the federal government. Smith was convicted of five years in prison, followed by four years of the supervision of the federal government.
