Nebraska City- The public prosecutor's office of Otoe County submitted information before the district court on Monday, in which he claimed Travis Hutchins, 41, from Nebraska City, was an ordinary criminal.

In 2007, the district prosecutor Jennifer Panko-Rahe names a prison sentence for attempted possessions and a prison sentence for the operation of a motor vehicle in order to avoid arrest in 2011 to support the habitual criminal complaint.

Hutchins is accused of having attacked a woman from Nebraska on February 10, despite a protection command, fired a shot and threatened another person in the house. Prosecutors say he fled after the weapon's malfunction.

At an earlier hearing in front of the County Court, Panko-Rahe said that the incident was “incredibly similar” to the facts of an earlier case for the Hutchins after the publication. She said both cases affected allegations to enter a woman's house and attack them.

The information also accuses him of terrorist threats, second -degree attack, use of a deadly weapon, to commit a criminal offense and violation of a protective arrangement.

He is charged with a crime of class 1D that has a maximum prison sentence of 50 years. A habitual criminal improvement would include at least 10 years in prison and a maximum of 60 years.

Hutchins entered a written, non -guilty plea.
