The investigation leads to fees for improving the house for Georgetown Man

Georgetown, del. – A man from Georgetown was charged after an examination at home in October 2024.

Detectives say that the investigation showed that 58-year-old Dave Moncavage, who worked under the company name of the advanced interior, allegedly signed contracts with two victims for construction work. According to reports, Moncavage has reported payments of over 24,000 US dollars and never completed the projects.
