The Pennsylvania Attorney General has opened a criminal investigation into the leak of Jet Fuel Pipeline, which contaminated the private fountains in the municipality of Upper Makefield.

Brett Hambright, spokesman for the Attorney General in Pennsylvania, told Newtownpanow.com that the criminal investigation by the office department's department is completed.

An inquiry about the statement on energy transmission, the pipeline owner and operator, was not returned.

The examination follows the discovery of a leak from the 14-inch twin Oaks pipeline from Energy Transfer at the beginning of this year.

The leak was attributed to a 2.5-inch tear and widespread.

In 2022, the energy transfer was convicted after an investigation by the Pennsylvania General Prosecutor for an investigation of the Pennsylvania office for criminal charges. The case was not bound to the pipeline section in Bucks County.

The condemnation caused the company to be forced to help the residents affected by the construction and a payment of 10 million US dollars for water projects along the routes of two pipelines, as can be seen from a statement by the prosecutors at this point.

According to a presentation by Grand Jury, the company let thousands of gallons drilling drilling fluid, used non -approved additives to the drilling fluid, caused an explosion and did not take any steps to stop the erosion, which led to lands on.

The energy transmission is to be used in a property that she bought on Tuesday on the Spencer Road on Tuesday, two restoration fountains with drilling by two recovery holes. The holes are expected to be completed by Friday, March 21st.

The restoration fountain are designed so that they remove oil from the groundwater.

The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) has ordered the energy transmission to install water treatment systems in over 100 houses.

While 42 residences have received these systems, six pollution levels that exceeded the drinking water standards have included civil servants.

DEP officers have stated that the cleanup is expected to take years.

Residents and local officials have repeatedly criticized the response to energy transmission and claims that the pipeline could have been leaving for 16 months. The residents refer to reports on fuel smells from September 2023 and that the inspection of the last Crack recognition tool was carried out in 2017 with an inline inspection in 2022.

The US senator John Fetterman, MEP Brian Fitzpatrick and other state and local officials, called for a complete shutdown of the 105-mile pipeline during the examination. Governor Josh Shapiro has requested the pipeline and the safety admiration of hazard materials (PhMSA) to hold the energy transmission into account.

Phmsa has attributed the leak to a faulty shell that was installed in 1995.

The residents of the quarter of the Mount Eyre demand clean water, transparent information, thorough monitoring, floor renovation, health monitoring and compensation for damage.
