The Brookville Trailer Park looks off with water after non -repaired leaks.

Brookville, Pa. (Eyt) – The Brookville Municipal Authority will set the water service to the Colonial Crestwood Trailer Park on March 24th due to excessive water consumption and non -repaired leaks throughout the property.

The barrier planned for 12:30 p.m. takes place after months of unusually high consumption. The park used 690,000 gallons last month, almost twice the use of the previous month.

Dana Rooney, BMA's administrative manager, said that the park's water distribution system, which is owned by real estate owners Robert Joseph, is operated and serviced, needed immediate repairs to protect the integrity of the water system for all users.

“We endeavor to ensure that water consumption is brought under control and our services are responsible,” said Rooney. “We understand the inconvenience that can cause this and make all efforts to work hard with the owner in order to complete the necessary repairs as soon as possible.”

Records show that Joseph was informed for the first time about flood consumption in December 2024 by e -mail correspondence, but did not take any measures to address the problem. The decision to end the service follows a thorough evaluation of the water consumption patterns, which have consistently shown abnormal levels of consumption.

Communication in December 2024 between Brookville Municipal Authority and Robert Joseph.

The authority says that the termination is based exclusively on the unusually high water consumption in the park. The service is restored as soon as the repairs are completed and leaks are eliminated. BMA will continue to monitor water consumption in the trailer park.

Officials ask all affected parties to address the problem immediately in order to avoid further disorders. Residents who are looking for additional information can contact the Brookville Municipal Authority on the number 814-849-5320.
