Studies after the discovery of human remains in North York

North York, Pa. –

According to the County Coroner, the police are researching after human remains were found in North York.

The forensic doctor said the remains were discovered on February 19 in a forest area in the 700 block of the North George Street near the Prospect Hill Cemetery.

The person who has not been identified positively is said to have lived in the forest.

The remains are currently at Mercyhurst University, where they are examined by the anthropology team.

The cause and type of death have not yet been determined.
