Rams GM Les Snead is fun for viral squating video at Sean McVay

Los Snead, General Manager of Los Angeles Rams, recently admitted in an interview with Pat McAfee from ESPN that he was jealous of the strength of head coach Sean McVay. But that didn't prevent him from making fun of McVay.

After Snead McVay had done an insane weight life work together with the offensive tackle of ex-Rams Andrew Whitworth, the Rams GM applauded the efforts of his trainer, but noticed-i.e.-that is, that McVay cheated a little. Snead explained that he was a state champion weight in the high school and only used a straight bar during the competition.

“We used to do no security bars,” said Snead. “This is – just bar. This is the old school. Place it on your back. Go down. Get yourself in parallel.”

This is the kind of relationship that Snead and McVay have in Los Angeles. The two work together extremely to build a squad for championship caliber, but also enjoy small friendly bumps here and there.

In his interview with McAfee, Snead spoke about his relationship with McVay, where he explained that the two “have a boxing match and then have a beer”. This is probably an indication of possible disagreements that you could have in the team. It sounds as if the two can quickly set things and continue in the past.

This relationship worked well for Snead, McVay and the Rams. Los Angeles has been 80-52 in the eight seasons of the duo since 2017 and also 8-5 in the playoffs with two super bowl appearances and a great Bowl victory.

The hope for both is that this trend of competitiveness will continue. With Matthew Stafford in tow, the Rams compete for another NFC West title and Super Bowl run.
