Ameku Takaos Detective Map Episode 7 with the title Prescribed cracksbegan with a board meeting between the leaders of the Tenikai General Hospital. The hospital and the head of the general diagnostic department – in particular Takao Ameku, were sued by a patient for medical misconduct. As a result, a meeting was called to discuss whether the general diagnostic department should be dissolved or not.

The lawsuit against Takao came from the family one of the earliest patients in the series – the boy's mother, who was diagnosed in Episode 1 of Takao. Since the boy's condition showed no significant improvement and gradually deteriorated, the mother Takao sued for medical negligence.

The boy's case was perhaps the most complicated in the series so far, especially since Takao himself could not find a precise diagnosis for him. She also had to deal with the stress that her department was endangered to be dissolved, which would also lead to her subordinate Yu Takanashi ended.
