1 adult, 1 child who was driven out of her house after Suffolk Apartment Brand

The crews reacted to the building on the Cognic Square shortly before 2:30 a.m. on Monday. An inmate suffered a minor injury in connection with the fire.

Suffolk, Va. – An adult and a child are without home after an apartment fire in Suffolk in Suffolk.

At 2:19 a.m., firefighting teams reacted to an apartment fire in the 1100 block of the Kognischen Platz.

When they arrived shortly before 2:30 a.m., they saw smoke from the front door of an apartment.

The fire was found in a bedroom on the second floor. Fortunately, all inmates made it out, and no smoke or fire stretched to neighboring apartments.

Firefighters brought the fire under control in almost 15 minutes. The fire caused serious damage to the bedroom while Rauch influenced the entire apartment.

A occupant suffered a minor injury in connection with the fire, but did not require transport to a nearby hospital.

Otherwise there were no additional injuries. The American Red Cross now supports an adult and a child who is sold by the fire.
