1 man dead, 1 admitted to the hospital after they were shot in South Fulton Apartments

The police in South Fulton examined a shootout in which a man killed and sent another person to the hospital on Friday evening.

The investigators say that the shots were called up at 9:30 p.m. in an apartment complex on the 4900 block of the Delano Road.

What we know:

The authorities tell Fox 5 that officials were called to the apartments of Freedom Park after reports on a shootout.

When the officers arrived at the scene, they found two victims who had been shot.

Both victims were brought to the local hospitals. A man who was identified as Kenyon Collins died of his injuries. The police have not shared an update about the second victim.

The authorities have not currently published the identity of the second victim.
