The following is a summary of criminal activities in El Cerrito Police Calls between 12 and 25 January after El Cerrito Police Department.

The following is a summary of criminal activities in El Cerrito. It does not contain all crimes. It also does not include criminal events such as missing people, traffic collisions, non -criminal deaths, non -criminal disputes or many other police activities that do not lead to an arrest.

January 12th^TH

• Attack – Kearney Ave. / Potrero Ave .:: At 12:03 p.m., an officer reported the victim with an Airsoft weapon.
• Transfer – 9900 Block of the San Pablo Ave.: At 8:55 p.m., an officer reported the victim in his unlocked vehicle. The topic was placed under the arrest of the citizen and brought to the Martinez Health Anstate.

January 13th^TH

• Fraud – 350 El Cerrito Plaza (Ike's): At 10:52 a.m., an officer reports that a suspect pretending to be an employee of companies, getting an employee to make money for a fraudulent account.
• Organized retail theft – 1000 El Cerrito Plaza (luck): At 1:25 p.m., two suspicious two boxes full of alcohol drinks steel. The suspects fled before the police arrive.
• Armed robbery – 11450 San Pablo Ave. (Safeway): At 2:05 p.m., the employees of the shop to keep a suspect tried to steal until the suspect swung a weapon on safety. The suspect fled from the area before the police arrived.

• Starting for arrest – Carlson BLVD. / Columbia Ave. At 12:46 p.m., the officials carried out a traffic stop. During the investigation, the officials found that the driver had an outstanding arrest warrant against his arrest. The driver was arrested, booked by El Cerrito in the police and brought to Martinez's prison.

January 16^TH

• Stolen vehicle – 11600 block San Pablo Ave. At 1:03 p.m. the victim reported that his vehicle was stolen.
• Stolen vehicle-10636 San Pablo Ave. (24-hour fitness): At 2:21 p.m. the victim reported that his vehicle was stolen.
• Shopping theft – 670 El Cerrito Plaza (CVS): At 4:57 p.m., an officer reports that a suspicious object stolen from the shop and fled before the police arrived.
• Shopping theft – 1000 El Cerrito Plaza (luck): At 5:23 p.m., an officer reports that a suspicious object stolen from the store and fled before the police arrived.

January 17th^TH

• Starting for arrest – 10900 San Pablo Ave. At 3:55 p.m. there was an issue against an outstanding arrest warrant from San Jose PD. The topic was booked by El Cerrito in the police and brought to the Martinez Health Anstalt.
• Public poisoning – 540 Ashbury Ave. At 6.15 p.m., the officials responded to a report on a topic that could not move. On arrival, the official found that the subject was intoxicated and could not take care of itself. The topic was brought to a local hospital by doctors. The case will be forwarded to the public prosecutor for review.

January 18th^TH

• Drive under the influence – San Pablo Ave. / Manila Ave. At 1:03 a.m., an official headed a traffic enforcement. During the DUI examination, the officials found that the driver was under influence. The driver was arrested, booked by El Cerrito in the police and released with a quote to a sober family member.

• Raub – 10200 block of the San Pablo Ave. At 10.49 p.m., an official reported two acquaintances of the victim to leave the victim's residence with the victim's property. When the victim confronted her, the suspicious violence started and took the objects and fled from the area.

January 19th^TH

• Drive under the influence – Carlson blvd. / El Dorado Ave.: At 12:46 p.m., an official carried out a traffic stop. During a DUI examination, the officials found that the driver was under influence. The driver was arrested, booked by El Cerrito in the police and released with a sober friend with a quote.

January 20th^TH

• Theft – 6000 el Cerrito Plaza (Marshalls): At 8:18 p.m., an officer reports that a suspect has stolen the victim's cell phone while the victim is shopping.

Officials arrived on site and supported the employees of having arrested the suspect. The suspect was admitted to the El Cerrito Police Department and brought to Martinez's prison.
• Commercial burglary – 10945 San Pablo Ave. (Heating and air LLC): At 4:40 a.m., the officers reacted to a burglary alarm of the business. The suspect had stolen objects and fled the business before the police arrived.

January 23rd^RD

• Charging theft – 670 el Cerrito Plaza (CVS): At 9:21 p.m. the suspect entered the business and steel. The suspect fled before the police arrived.

• Vehicle theft – 295 el Cerrito Plaza: At 10:06 a.m., an officer reported the theft of a vehicle that was used between January 20, 2025 and January 25, 2025.
