2 Due to alleged rape in the dormitory of the St. Cloud State University in St. Cloud State University

Last year, two men are sought for their alleged roles in a sexual assault in a dormitory of the St. Cloud State University.

After the arrest warrants submitted last week at the Stearn district court, 20-year-old Dipak Phayal and 19-year-old Sujan Tamang are charged with the attack.

The accused is accused of following the victim at some point between 2 a.m. and 3 a.m. on November 1st to their dorm and closing the door behind them. One attacker held her back, while the other kissed her and touched her against her will, even though they could stop the requests, according to a criminal complaint.

At some point one of the men left the room while the other raped the victim. She forced him from her and the other man came back into the room. In an interview with the police, the victim said that she believed that the other man was waiting at the door. The couple finally went to the victim after they had left.

Later in the morning, the victim received an Instagram request from Phayal and asked: “How do you feel? Are you all right? “After the complaint, the victim found that the Phayal's profile picture resembled one of the attackers.

The monitoring of the dormitory from the night of the attack is said to show Phayal and Tamang in the lobby when the victim arrived in the building. About 10 minutes later, they reappear and wear the other's clothes.

When asked, Phuyal and Tamang gave inconsistent reports on the events of that night.

Phuyal first said that he had seen the victim stumbling into the hallway and helped her in her room and denied her sexual contact with her. He later said she had started sex, but he declined, it says in the complaint. Tamang denied to go to the victim's room or to tell something about it, but later said that Phuyal told him that he had “touched her mutually”.

When Phuyal was asked about the exchange of clothes, they wanted to see how Tamang's sweatshirt fit on him. Tamang, however, said he took the sweatshirt out because he got hot.

DNA samples that were taken during an examination of sexual assaults found agreement with phuyal genetic material around the genitals of the victim. A DNA profile that matched Tamang was found on the victim's shoulder, claimed court documents.

Phuyal is accused of helping and promoting criminal sexual contacts and criminal sexual contacts first and third degrees. Tamang provides for two charges to help and promote criminal sexual behavior of the first degree, and a count of support and support for the sexual behavior of the fourth degree.

Neither of the two suspects are in custody, and the indictment for documents says that both of them have fled the state.
