2 suspects who were charged with a fatal shootout on I-480 in Bedford Heights

Cleveland, Ohio (Woio)-A Grand Jury County Cuyahoga killed and killed the 21-year-old Michael Alvarado and 30-year-old Michael Roman on February 1 at Bedford Heights, 19-year-old Johndiel Rivera.

“These two people shot down a young father who simply tried to get home from work,” said prosecutor Michael C. O'malley. “Fortunately, they committed their crimes in front of the camera for the state of Ohio and the public.”

The public prosecutor said that Johndiel Rivera drove home around 350 in the morning from work on the I-480 when a vehicle driven by Michael Roman with Michael Alvarado in the passenger seat Riveras Vehicle near the exit of the Aurora Road and then fled from the scene.

Rivera hit the concrete median and stopped.

According to the public prosecutor Michael C. O'malley, the novel and Alvarado returned to the scene and fired additional shots in Rivera's vehicle.

Around 7 a.m., the Bedford Heights police responded to a call for an abandoned vehicle on the highway. The police still found Johndiel Rivera in the vehicle with several gunshot wounds. Rivera was died on site.

Other examinations carried out by BHPD showed that Michael Alvarado worked with Johndiel Rivera.

Michael Roman decreased Michael Alvarado and waited that Rivera left the work. Alvarado and Roman then followed Rivera's vehicle.

The public prosecutor says Alvarado broke off from work the following two days after the shootout.

On February 26, Michael Alvarado was arrested by the BHPD.

Michael Roman was arrested on Friday by the Nord -Hio -Hio -Gewaltask Force of the US marshals.
