2025 Football Plan Update – East Carolina University Athletics

Greenville, NC – East Carolina will officially organize BYU on Saturday, September 20, on Thursday, September 25th, according to an announcement by the American Athletic Conference Office on Monday afternoon.

With the updated selection, ECU will play four games during the 2025 season on Thursday evening, two each at home and on the go. The pirates open the season at NC State (August 28) and start the conference game against the army in week 5. After the first of two open weeks, ECU travel to Tulane (October 9) and houses Tulsa (October 16). ECU has been 25-32 (.439) since the year 2000 at nothing that has been at home (8-17/at home, 17-15/street) after he had set a 2-1 record in 2024.

The designations and colors of the ECU game day will be announced after completion, while the shipment provisions are completed according to the league office and the networks.

New season ticket orders are now available and packages will start up to 115 US dollars. The priority period for order ends on April 1. Purchase can be made via the online ticket center of ECU or the athletics ticket office at (252) 737-4500.

The pirates will open the spring exercises on March 25 and on April 26 with the annual Purpurgold Spring Game in the Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium.



American Athletic Conference Championship
The American Conference will carry out its championship game on the first weekend in December (5/6) and played on the home field of the highest team (after ordering the regular season shelf).

Kickoff Times & TV picks
The kick-off times and television selection for the first three weeks of the season and most of the non-stapped games will be completed by June 1st, while the rest are carried out by the traditional 12-day/6-day process.
