2025 NCAA Diii Wrestling Championships: qualification, schedule, history

The 2025 NCAA Diii Wrestling Championships will take place from March 14th to 15th in the Amica Mutual Pavilion in Providence, Rhode Island. Here is everything you need to know about the championships.

2025 NCAA Diii Wrestling Championships Timetable

Qualification meeting

The Division III Championship Committee has provided 210 positions for the championships for 2025. Each qualification tournament qualifies its champion, second place and third place from each weight class.

Story

The national championship of Diii Wrestling dates from 1974 and skipped in 2020 and 2021 due to Covid-19, with the first trophy championship going to Wilkes. Wartburg and Augsurg both have 15 national titles and make them the most successful teams in championship history.
