2025 Salve Day of Giving increases record-breaking $ 240,000 of over 875 donor salvetoday

On Thursday, February 27th, the community of Salve Regina University met again on the entire campus for the Salve Day of Giving.

This annual tradition broke records and brought almost 240,000 US dollars of more than 875 donors. A group of spacious trustees and donors issued challenges all day, increased the effects of each gift and gave the Salve Community even more reasons for participation.

Salve Day of Giving began with a special effort from the senior class – a meeting in O'Brien's pub that brought together 167 students, all of which took part in their class gift efforts for the Mercy Fund. Student donors formed the largest cohort of the day with donors with 249 gifts.

Students, faculties and employees were presented for a special event in the O'Hare academic building, shared what they love in Salve, make their own contributions and enjoy sweet treats.

The whole day on which donors were offered, he was encouraged to give them what is important to them. The resulting list includes experimental learning, scholarships, sporting training trips, theater experiences and student clubs. Gifts for every name offer immediate, critical effects by contributing directly to financing their priorities.

To everyone who made a gift, made themselves voluntarily, spread the word or came by and have communicated what they love about Salve. Thank you for being part of this moment.
