3 stars that should have won the elimination chamber match instead of John Cena

The game of the 2025 men's elimination was one of the most recent memory competitions. John Cena, CM Punk, Seth Rollins, Drew Mcintyre, Damian Priest and Logan Paul competed in Cody Rhodes at Wrestlemania 41. All except for Paul are former world champions.

Cena and punk entered the game and had the best chances of winning. It still did not mean that WWE would not call an audible by winning Rollins or Mcintyre. This happened with Jey Uso and the Royal Rumble.

While Cena won the coveted title shot at Wrestlemania 41, cases can be made for some other stars. The next three WWE actors should have won the Elimination Chamber Match instead of John Cena.

#3. Drew Mcintyre won the elimination chamber of last year

While his chances were not as good as Punk or Cena, Drew McINTYRE would have been won, but was also historical in his own way. WWE made a big deal of Charlotte Flair as the first woman to win two royal rums.

Mcintyre could have written the story by winning the elimination chamber in two consecutive years, just like Rhodes with Royal Rumble-Siegen in 2023 and 2024.

The Scottish warrior got on fire in promos. He would have had a chance to beat Cody and finally have a decent title after several fast swaps last year.

#2. Seth Rollins made the last three

While he was in Wrestlemania 40 as the World Heavyweight Champion, Seth Rollins has done great work in non-title feuds since the championship was lost last year.

He was acted with CM Punk, Mcintyre and others who helped build RAW Secondary Feuds from the world in heavyweight.

Rollins selflessly implemented Cody Rhodes in his first three games in the WWE and easily damaged his credibility for a short period of time. Nevertheless, the visionary remains one of the most popular stars.

He would have made sense as a challenger for Cody Rhodes at Wrestlemania 41. You could have even played at your alliance at last year and how Rollins essentially sacrificed his title so that the American nightmare could win be Belt.

#1. CM Punk may have to call a favor

Since a wrestlemania was an endeavor to return the WWE return from CM Punk, it would make it just as possible to win the elimination chamber as John Cena had won.

Punk and Cena were the last two stars in the game. It was a historical moment and a recall to her former feud almost 12 years ago. Both men are main events that could close every PLE.

The best in the world has never had the prestige of a most important wrestlemania, but Cena did this. Wrestlemania 40 also missed Punk last year due to an injury.
