4 arrested in connection with Milwaukee's death of the teenager

Four inhabitants of Milwaukee were charged with the death of 15-year-old Makai Kenith Neal, which was found dead in a burning car on February 10th
21-year-old Charles Edward Roby is charged with several crimes, including ruthless murder and mutilation of a body.
The criminal complaint claims that Roby shot Makai after a dispute over a stolen weapon and later burned the car to destroy evidence.

Four inhabitants of Milwaukee were charged with the death of 15-year-old Makai Kenith Neal after an anonymous tipper who submitted the Milwaukee police to a complaint on Monday.

They returned to Shatise's car about 15 minutes later and, according to the complaint, drove home.
